Real Real Estate Buyer Leads

A high quality website is only as good as the traffic or visitors that go there!

Well over 90% of real estate websites out there depend on traffic from search engines like Google to bring visitors who hopefully turn into good leads.

With Google still remaining the #1 source to get leads, you would best  understand the difference between a Higher-Quality Google Lead or an Average to Low-End Paid Lead.

On Google there’s the paid positions (PPC ads) and the earned positions (organic).

So ask yourself this question… How often do you click on the ads? Maybe never? … So who does?

What are the chances that somebody with real money to spend on real estate is likely to click on these ads? Close to zer0 ?

Have you noticed there’s only 4 positions at the top of the Google search for paid ads?

Of course there’s always the bottom positions on page 1, 2 or 3, but who wants to be there?

So in the world of paid leads, there’s only 4 positions that matter to pick up what is potentially a very average lead.

So what happens if 10, 20 or 50 agents are all trying to get leads from these top four positions?

A Bidding war to pick up what is potentially a very average lead.

How many clients do YOU have, using the same website in my area?

Do you buy most of MY leads from these Google ads?

Potentially a very challenging situation to get a decent lead.

Can you get High-Quality Leads from these top four positions?

Let’s assume that a million-dollar transaction is a higher-end event in your market.

Generally speaking, people who have a million bucks are pretty unlikely to click on Google ads.

And the rare one that does, is now faced with a new website that instantly tells them they have to surrender their personal information.

How likely are they to do that?   What’s the likelihood you would do that?  Close to zer0?

So if you are relying almost exclusively on paid leads, what happens if your ad isn’t in the top 4 because your web provider sells to every agent & their dog?

Landing Pages are the only way to get local.
